حديقة الحروف موقع ألعاب مجاني للأطفال. لا يوجد فيه حسابات ولا إعلانات ولا ملفات تعريف ارتباط (كوكيز)، ولا نبيع أي بيانات ولا نشاركها.
ماذا نجمع؟
- أعداد مجهولة: فتح الموقع، وأي لعبة بدأت وأي لعبة انتهت بالفوز، والموضوع والمستوى، وكم ثانية استغرقت (وعدد المحاولات في لعبة الذاكرة)، وطباعة أوراق العمل، وفتح الأغاني، وزر «ساعدني»، والأخطاء البرمجية من الموقع نفسه (نص الخطأ بالإنجليزية ورقم السطر فقط).
- نوع الجهاز (هاتف أو لوحي أو حاسوب)، ولغة المتصفح، ونسخة الموقع.
- الدولة فقط، يحددها Cloudflare من الاتصال. لا نحفظ عنوان IP أبداً.
- رقم عشوائي يصنعه المتصفح ويحفظه على هذا الجهاز، لنعرف كم جهازاً يعود إلى اللعب. هذا الرقم لا يرتبط بأي شخص.
ماذا لا نجمع؟
لا نجمع اسم الطفل، ولا أي نص يكتبه، ولا الموقع الدقيق، ولا بصمة الجهاز، ولا أي معرّف يتبعه بين المواقع. الاسم والنجوم تبقى على هذا الجهاز فقط.
لماذا؟
فقط لتحسين الموقع: لنعرف أي الألعاب يحبها الأطفال، وأيها صعبة، وأين تحدث الأخطاء. لا نستعمل هذه البيانات للإعلانات، ولا للتواصل مع أحد.
كم نحتفظ بها؟
تُحذف الأحداث المفصّلة بعد ٩٠ يوماً، ونحتفظ بعدها بمجاميع يومية فقط (مثلاً: كم مرة لُعبت كل لعبة في يوم ما، ومن كم جهاز).
كيف أوقفها؟
افتح «للأهل» في أسفل الصفحة الرئيسية، ثم أطفئ «إحصاءات مجهولة». يتوقف الإرسال فوراً ويُحذف الرقم العشوائي من هذا الجهاز. ما أُرسل من قبل يبقى حتى يُحذف بعد ٩٠ يوماً، ولا يمكن ربطه بك. لا نرسل شيئاً أيضاً إذا كان خيار «عدم التتبع» (Do Not Track) أو «التحكم العام بالخصوصية» (Global Privacy Control) مفعّلاً في المتصفح.
يُحفظ هذا الخيار في المتصفح. إذا مسح المتصفح بيانات الموقع (يفعل Safari ذلك بعد ٧ أيام بلا زيارة، إلا إذا أُضيف الموقع إلى الشاشة الرئيسية)، فأطفئه مرة أخرى.
تُحفظ البيانات لدى Cloudflare التي تستضيف الموقع. ويعدّ Cloudflare Web Analytics أيضاً زيارات الصفحات والدول، بلا كوكيز وبلا بصمة للجهاز وبلا رقم للجهاز؛ وهذا العدّ لا يتوقف بالمفتاح أعلاه. لا نستعمل أي خدمة أخرى.

حديقة الحروف (Letters Garden) is a free games site for children. It has no accounts, no ads and no cookies, and we never sell or share any data.
What we collect
- Anonymous counts: opening the site; which games are started and won, with the topic, the level and how many seconds a win took (and the number of moves in the memory game); worksheet prints; song opens; taps on the ساعدني (help) button; and script errors from the site's own code (the English error message and the line number only).
- The device type (phone, tablet or desktop, worked out from the screen size), the browser language, and the site version.
- The country only, which Cloudflare works out from the connection. We never store the IP address.
- A random ID that the browser makes and keeps on this device, so we can tell how many devices come back. It isn't linked to any person.
What we don't collect
Never the child's name, anything typed, a precise location, a device fingerprint, or any ID that follows the device to other sites. The name and stars stay on this device.
Why
Only to improve the site: which games children like, which are too hard, and where errors happen. The data is never used for ads or to contact anyone. Under the U.S. children's privacy law (COPPA), a random ID used only for this kind of internal operation needs no parental consent.
How long we keep it
Detailed events are deleted after 90 days. After that we keep only daily totals (for example, how many times each game was played on a day, and on how many devices).
How to turn it off
Open للأهل · For parents at the bottom of the home screen and switch off «إحصاءات مجهولة» (anonymous stats). Sending stops at once and the random ID is deleted from this device. Events sent before stay until the 90-day deletion, and can't be linked back to you. Nothing is sent either when the browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control setting is on.
The switch is saved in this browser. If the browser clears this site's data (Safari does this after 7 days without a visit, unless the site was added to the home screen), switch it off again.
Data is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts page views and countries, without cookies, fingerprinting or a device ID; the switch above doesn't turn that count off. No other services are used.
